If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the terms below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • Free of wear, damage, or signs of use

Note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items

  • Products damaged by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (if packaging is opened)


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.


Damaged / Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly:

  • Replace it for free
    or

  • Provide a full refund
