Refunds

After the returned item is inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Lost / Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will replace or refund it after carrier confirmation.

If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot refund orders marked as delivered.
